Suzana Holistic Healing Services are a combination of Facial, Body and Mind treatments and healing modalities that promote relaxation, rejuvenation and overall health.
Holistic Facials
Holistic facials involve treating the face & skin while also considering the person as a whole. A holistic facial involves a low toxin cleanse, a relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage techniques with the use of tools like cups and gua sha. Combining masks that promote healthier skin circulation, thus boosting complexion and glow. While this experience relaxes the face, your choice of sound healing music or affirmations, aromatherapy scent is used on and around the body all ensure the nervous system is relaxed for a whole body experience.
Body Treatments
Body Therapies include body cupping for detoxification, relaxation and injury or inflammation. Gua sha tools and in house made low toxin cream/oil are used to reduce pain, inflammation, muscle soreness and improves overall health with a combination of techniques and led light therapy.
Aromatherapy Health
Aromatherapy is a natural health option, extracted from plants to assist healing, both for ailments that are of mental health concern and physical health, such as injury, inflammation and external skin conditions. Suzana uses Aromatherapy in all areas of her work and also has created S.H.H shop for clients to purchase products or can book a consultation for custom products.
Sound healing therapy helps lower stress, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and the risk of heart conditions such as artery disease and stroke, whilst improving sleep quality and overall well being. Sound therapy can assist individuals with overthinking, relaxation, stress and provide positive insight into stored emotions and stored thinking patterns that no longer assist in our lives positively. About Suzana
Hello, my name is Suzana and I am a Holistic therapists in Melbourne. I’ve been practicing aromatherapy healing for over 20 years and within the last few years have ventured into other areas, healing the mind, body ailments and healing emotionally and physically within the holistic realm. My Holistic services include face, body and mind therapies to assist with calming the nervous system, calming the mind and releasing low vibrating energies out of the body. I have always been a lover of naturally healing both physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout my own life, I’ve practiced my sentiment for holistic health personally and for my family for many years and I am so grateful to have found a way to provide some of what I love and helps me stay healthy, clear minded and feeling beautiful naturally out into the world.

Vibration s of you is extension of S.H.H, Suzana the founder of both S.H.H and Vibrations of you created this separate space for all energy focussed work with sound, energy clearing and where group work can be performed and shared. Although Holistically both areas cross over and complement one another, there is separate treatment options for sound therapy individually and groups.
